For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings (including clip-ons) once they’ve been opened or tried on. This is to protect all our customers and comply with health standards. Refunds/exchanges are accepted if your item arrives damaged or faulty. In these cases please contact us within 14 days and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
