We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes specified on our website, on our listings. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the item.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: Breezita is responsible for items until they are delivered to you. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence to arrange a replacement or refund (upon returning the item).

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to your address. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us at info@breezita.co.uk within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  2. For damaged items, include a clear photo of the item and packaging in your email.
  3. Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Order Tracking

For your convenience, tracking information will be provided for all orders once your parcel has been dispatched (where available).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
