Delivery

All items are handmade so turn around can take from 1-7 days. Your order will likely be dispatched within 1-3.

There is free 1st Class Delivery to the UK which is 1-2 business days. 

UK orders with a Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm may still take a few days to make unless you ask can the turn around be faster and then based on fabric stock we can see what we can do. Once the item is in the post they will arrive faster with this option.

International Shipping (EU & Worldwide)
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs charges, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

USA -

We’ve Hit Pause on U.S. Shipping

We’re heart-broken to do this, but new U.S. customs rules (effective 29 August 2025) now add up to 40 % in import duties and postal fees on every parcel we send. Because Royal Mail can’t collect those charges up-front, American customers would be hit with an unexpected bill at the door—something we never want you to experience.

We hope this will be temporary.

Canada -

Postage prices for Small Items from Earrings, Purses, Tops, Dresses range from $7.20 - $15.17 

Postage prices for Larger Items such as sweatshirts range from $22.45 -  $32.82.

How long does international shipping take?

Royal Mail International Standard Shipping (fastest option):

Europe 3-5 business days

Rest of World 6-7 business days

What is the sizing?

The sizing is standard UK sizing. If you are ordering from Canada please make sure the sizing is correct before ordering as refunds are not accepted due to items being handmade to order. 

Gift wrapping and packaging

Clothing arrives wrapped in tissue paper, Earrings and Scrunchies arrive in a little brown box with tissue paper and Purses are wrapped in tissue paper.

What is your return policy?

We comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Please note:

• Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
• For faulty or damaged goods, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement upon return of item.
  
• Variation Tolerance
  All embroidered items in my shop are made using professional machine embroidery on soft knit fabrics. Because of the nature of this process, small variations can occur — such as tiny differences in thread density, slight shifts in stitching, or natural specks within the garment fabric. These are normal characteristics of machine embroidery on knitwear and knitwear itself and do not affect the quality, durability, or wearability of the product. Each piece is unique and made with care, and such minor variations are not considered defects or faulty.
• EARRINGS – HYGIENE & RETURNS POLICY
  For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings  (including clip-ons) once they’ve been opened or tried on. This is to protect all our customers and comply with health standards. Refunds/exchangedvare accepted if your item arrives damaged or faulty. In these cases, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
  
  

How do I sign up for your newsletter or loyalty program?

To sign up to the newsletter just go to the home page and scroll to the newsletter section and add you email address. To join the loyalty program, make a customer account and click on the little shopping bag icon on the lower right corner of the screen. From there you will see your points and how to use them.
