Refund policy

We comply with applicable UK consumer law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and online cancellation rights.

Returns and cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us that you wish to return an item, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Withdraw from contract / request a return or cancellation

You will be asked to provide the details needed to identify your order, such as your order reference and the email address used at checkout. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation by email.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a customer based in the EU, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Custom-made or personalised items

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement where applicable. We may ask you to return the item before a refund or replacement is issued.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are not received back.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
